I’ve never taken a class like this before and am a little cynical about the "yoga type".None of my friends want to take this with me and I also am not a fan of half naked people in my face plus the classes are a trek. Anyone know any good Yoga dvds? I want to be toned and fabulous.

Ok so i saw this guy on the beach and he has doing a headstand for like 5-10 minutes. My grandma told me it was a certain type of yoga where you stay that way and all your blood rushes to your head. Once you get back up, this enables you to think so much clearer and have amazing ideas. Anyone know if this actually works or what type of yoga it is? Thanks!
