how do i know if yoga is right for me? i am always stressed out because of anger and was wondering if yoga is a good technique for reducing stress brought on by anger. what type of yoga would be a good fit for such things? the fitness club that i am joining is not specialized in all aspects of yoga. i just want to know if and what general type of yoga i should take.
i’ve been to wal-mart but there not long enough….what is teh anem of the company? do you know?
I want my neck to get stronger, and i was wondering if Yoga is a good way to strengthen it. Any recommendations on the type of Yoga to try. The upside down poses come to mind. Has anyone found doing advanced yoga strengthens the neck?
I grapple in Jiu jitsu, and I get neck muscles sores that make it painful for me to practice. I’d like to make my neck muscles stronger and I’m thinking about trying Yoga.
Okay…so I am working to really get into great shape. My workout routine consists of 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of light weights/crunches, etc. I mix up my cardio…bike, jog, jump rope…So, 1 hour and 15 minutes total 5-6 days a week. My diet is solid except on the weekends. I am ready to really kick it up. What would be a good additional workout. I want sculpted arms, abs and work my problem area..my legs. I was thinking power yoga. Is yoga strickly for relaxation or can it really sculpt? If so, there are so many…any particular types you recomend? In addition to yoga, any other classes that you swear by? I appreciate any advice. Thank you!
I’m not exactly sure what type of yoga I do, as it is not specified.
However, it focuses on breathing, has lots of balancing and stretching and has both relaxing and intense postures (but is not enough to break a sweat). Hope these details can give you a decision on what type I am doing.
As well as answering the main question, can you also please type in what you think/know is the type of yoga I am practicing? Thanks!
I want/kind of need to be flexible.
So what type of yoga do you recommend? Or what else do you recommend that can help me become flexible?
Something where I probably won’t need someone to spot me? I already have a big mirror to see what I’m doing. And I can also just feel what I’m doing.
So please help!!
my friend did some type of yoga that boosted her sex drive like crazy. it was targeted to enhance stamina and libido..anyone know the name?
