Beginning yoga……?
Thursday, November 19th, 2009I want to start a yoga routine everyday. Do you have any tips or advice for a beginner – an overweight, asthmatic, and not very flexible beginner?
And please do not advertise weight loss miracles. Weight loss includes diet and exercise to stay healthy…period. That is why I want to start yoga. That combined with meditation and healthy food are the best ways to get and stay healthy.
