There’s a handful of different types of yoga out there. I’m overweight and never done yoga before. How do I figure out which one is best for me and where do I start? I’m so confused over the different types.
I really wanna do yoga and be more flexible. I have such a stiff back and think it will help.

Alright as we know school’s a coming, and though I’ve seen a bajillion of these for specific people, how about some genralizations and something more along the lines of making your skin smoother, making your hair nicer, and such and such. This isn’t only for me but for people who ran out of points to make there own specific question. I want any thing from stuff I know to stuff I didn’t. Treatments for hair and skin, some excersise deals, yoga moves to calm yourself, study tips, anything, make it like the ultimate guide going back to school =D

I injured my knee earlier this summer and have since been unable to do any of my previous cardio workouts because they tend to injure it further. I can’t do swimming because I don’t have easy access to a pool and everything else (elliptical included) is too hard on my knee so will power yoga work? I’ve been trying to lose weight and have done a rather intense power yoga workout about three times already in addition to my pilates workouts and I want to know if this will give me some of the benefits of cardio? I sweat quite a bit during the workout and I want to be sure that I am getting a fair amount of moderate cardio.

i’m 15 years old and a girl. i’m kinda fat, not like i have to shop in special stores for larger clothes, but in fashion shops i’m always the biggest size if it does fit.
i’m starting a new school year tomorrow and i really want to loose weight, but i’m already chunky and kinda muscley and i really don’t want to be. i’m going to eat healthy, but has anyone got any pointers on that? also i’m gonna have lots of work but my friend said she’d go running with me, but would going running make me get even more muscley legs?
