I’m a freshman and I’m about to take my first finals! Are there any meditation tips that I can do before to stay focused? Any food to eat perhaps? Any things that I shouldn’t do?

I am interested in doing power yoga. I think it is called ‘asana yoga’ or ‘astanga’ or ‘ashtanga’ yoga. There are a bunch of books about this, but a lot of them seem to be only partial explanations. Some of them have hundreds of poses while others have as little as twenty five movements, yet they have titles claiming to be ‘complete’. I want a book with full explanations of all the movements. Is there a book like this? Or something close? I found a book called "Power Yoga" by Beryl Bender Birch but I had to take it back to the library. I’m not sure if that book contained all the movements or just some of them. I’m not even sure how many movements there are.
how do you save LOTS of money and also be able to to go out with your friends or continue engaging in activities that usually requires you to spend your money, such as: shopping at the mall; taking part in sports teams or yoga classes, or going our for dinners at restaurants with friends/family?
I use to do Yoga for two years but left a year ago. I just got back into it and attended a class today. I was having an extremely difficult time concentrating. How can I not get bored and block other thoughts? I’ve done this before and all of a sudden it seems hard and boring. I wanna continue with this and better myself with Yoga. Any tips?
