I ‘m not even sure if yoga can help you lose weight…. but if it can i want to know! Im looking for yoga that will give me flexibility but really give me a longer leaner look. I need to get in shape. HELP ME!

I am looking for a yoga studio in charlotte, north carolina that specializes in hatha. i found several studios in the area but not one that offers that type of yoga. i live in ballantyne and prefer something close to my house.

Also, is it okay to do Bikram in a semi-warm room opposed to it being really hot. I know you probably won’t get the benefits of sweating as much and releasing as much toxins, but is it okay for this type of yoga?

I am nol really comfortable with Yoga except the breathing Yoga type.

Hey! I am 14 and I am quite thin (BMI is 16 – this is natural btw).

I would like a routine that I can do at home that doesn’t require any equipment because my dad won’t let me buy any weights

I would like to work these areas:
Biceps
Triceps
Deltoids
Back muscles
Chest
Abs (Which are very strong atm because I do yoga)
Legs
and anything else.

I have a super healthy diet because my mum is a great cook so don’t worry about that.

I need any help you need and if you are around my age and workout could you email me or leave yours?

I have been doing yoga for not too long but it is really effective but I would like to be a bit bigger. I am 5ft 9" and weight about 7 stone/46kg/101.2 lbs.

thats a link of it .. well actually i have the rio one. i was wondering what exercise can i do so i can lose fat from my stomach, and then gain muscle. do any of you know or know of any websites that will say?
