Can yoga really tone and what type? Also what other exercises?
Monday, February 22nd, 2010Okay…so I am working to really get into great shape. My workout routine consists of 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of light weights/crunches, etc. I mix up my cardio…bike, jog, jump rope…So, 1 hour and 15 minutes total 5-6 days a week. My diet is solid except on the weekends. I am ready to really kick it up. What would be a good additional workout. I want sculpted arms, abs and work my problem area..my legs. I was thinking power yoga. Is yoga strickly for relaxation or can it really sculpt? If so, there are so many…any particular types you recomend? In addition to yoga, any other classes that you swear by? I appreciate any advice. Thank you!
