can you recommend me a dvd or website? I am taking a yoga class, and my dad who is a paraplegic is interested too.
that was a rude comment by the first person… you could have looked it up first.
But anyway, a person who is paraplegic is paralyzed from the waist down.

i want to start a yoga class….i have never done yoga and im alittle over weight…..any tips for what kind of yoga to take and some pointers…..

I need one thick enough that my knees won’t bruise (My knee caps are out of place so my knees are very sensitive) I do not have very good balance so I figured maybe no slip is there any particular type or brand I should look for? My first yoga class is in a few weeks.

After practicing yoga for 3 years, my yoga teacher asked me to assist her in one of her classes. I’m a total newbie at it. I have had a regular practice over the past 3 years but have never assisted or taken an official teacher training, at least not yet. Please, send me some crucial tips to learn the art of assisting a yoga class, so that I can be more helpful anytime I assist her. Thanks!
