I have been practicing Dahn Korean Yoga for a while (well 3 months last year, and then returned after a break, and now for 2 months) i feel a strong connection with the meditation and movement. I felt that the time i was away i was constantly being called back to it.

What do u think about Yoga? what have your experiences been?

What types have you tried?

    Hatha yoga is the best for me. But, I observe and benefit from other styles as well! I get what I need :-)

    tried power yoga before..the normal hathayoga is the best for me as far as I have experienced..
