I’ll assume you mean just Hatha yoga, or perhaps more accurately, just the practice of postures/asana (as opposed to Bhakti, Karma, or Jnana yoga).

The brief descriptions of various styles of Hatha yoga at following link may be of help.

As far as levels, there is generally nothing that corresponds to, for example, different colored belts as in Karate.

A given individual practicing asana may be able to do a fairly advanced back bend pose, yet still be working on accomplishing a moderate level balancing pose.
Or perhaps they have no problem holding headstand (Sirsasana) for several minutes, yet still lack strength to hold Chaturanga Dandasana (Four limbed staff pose).

The yoga studio I frequent describes it classes as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc.
Level 1 is considered an introductory level.
Level 2 is where backbends and inversions are introduced.
Level 3 includes more advanced level balancing, backbend, and inversion poses.

Each studio is likely to have it’s own definition/descriptions of levels.

Thus, the idea of levels can be difficult to apply broadly, since perhaps you are able to do some fairly challenging poses, but still have difficulty with other poses.
